The 91st Spring Meeting of the AAVSO and the 2nd HEA Wkshp for Amateur Astronomers

Held on the picture perfect Big Island of Hawaii, the 91st Spring Meeting of the AAVSO and the 2nd High-Energy Astrophysics Workshop for Amateur Astronomers were both great successes. Many thanks to all who were involved in sponsoring and organizing this very unique weeklong event. We kicked up our heels at a luau, visited telescopes at the summit of Mauna Kea, and even saw red-hot lava! The HEA Workshop was packed with interesting and informative presentations. It was also a joy to see so many new faces! We hope to see many of you in attendance at the upcoming 91st Annual Meeting in Somerville, MA.
