Please note: the room will be set up with 2 projection screens. It is recommended that speakers use the data projector for presentations. The overhead and slide projectors can only be projected onto one screen making visibility difficult for some of the attendees.
In the interest of cutting turnover time between speakers, we request that you bring your PowerPoint presentation on CD or memory stick instead of on your own laptop\'s hard drive. Please give the CD or memory stick to the AAVSO staff when you pick up your registration folder. The best way to insure that your presentation will run quickly and smoothly on our equipment is to send it to us the week before the meeting, which will give our staff time to do a test run on the AAVSO laptop.
