The 3rd High Energy Astrophysics Workshop for Amateur Astronomers (HEA3),
March 21-23 in conjunction with The 94th Spring Meeting of the AAVSO, March 25-26
Who:
Sponsored by the AAVSO, New Mexico State University and NASA's Swift and GLAST
missions, Sonoma State University, and Marshall Space Flight Center with
additional support by the Curry Foundation.
Where:
Held in Las Cruces, NM at New Mexico State University.

94th AAVSO Spring Meeting: March 25-26
Comments:
HEA3 will be a combination of talks and workshops over a 3-day period about
high energy objects and photometry. As with the previous HEA workshops, talks
will be given by experts in the field but should be accessible to most amateur
astronomers.
Thanks to the generous support of NASA a limited number of travel grants will
be available to HEA3 attendees. Click here to apply.
The AAVSO Spring Meeting will follow the format of our previous Spring
Meetings with keynote talks, scientific paper sessions and reports from the
Director on AAVSO activity followed by a banquet and awards ceremony.
