Bulletin Program Update

I have updated my interactive version of the LPV Bulletin for 2013. You can download it from www.tombretl.com.

When I tested the my Bulletin program on some PC laptops at the library yesterday, the current estimated magnitude range feature did not work. Has anyone else had the same experience? I'm looking into it. The Mac version seems to work fine.
Uploaded a revised version at this morning (3/12/13). Bug has been fixed.
