Bulletin Update

When I tested the my Bulletin program on some PC laptops at the library today, the current estimated magnitude range feature did not work. Has anyone else had the same experience? I'm looking into it. The Mac version seems to work fine.
Uploaded a revised version at this morning (3/12/13). Bug has been fixed. It was all because the PC version doesn't "understand" a less than or equal sign, but rather insists on <=.
