CHARA update

Please note there is an update of my charting/reporting app CHARA, due to some very new versions of windows apparently having problem with the previous .zip file. Download directions together with a description of the software (please read first, think of the!) are available at:

I am currently trying to produce a version in Java (the language, not the country unfortunately) but this may, to misquote Captain Oates, take some time.
