AAVSO software and documentation are copyrighted by the AAVSO.

All rights reserved. No part of the software or documentation you have received may be reproduced by any mechanical, photographic, or electronic process, nor may it be stored on an information retrieval system, transmitted, or otherwise copied for public or private use, without the written permission of the American Association of Variable Star Observers.

A file of users to whom this information has been sent is maintained at AAVSO Headquarters so that updates may be sent when necessary.

If you use any AAVSO software for published analysis, we would appreciate an acknowledgement.

If you use TS for published analysis, we would appreciate an acknowledgement similar to the following:

"Analysis was performed using the computer program TS, developed by the American Association of Variable Star Observers."
