Generate csv file from observation database

The membership database is currently undergoing upgrading/testing. Web functions that involve an interface with the member database (webobs, etc.) may experience intermittent problems. We hope to have this issue resolved within 24 hours (by 5pm Eastern Time on October 1st or 12:00 UT). Thank you for your patience.

Hello All,

I'd like to be able to make a csv file instead of plotting a lightcurve. With the light curve generator I like to be able to specify different parameters for my light curve but I'd like to plot the light curve using my own tools instead of using the AAVSO plot. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thank you very much,

Hi Alexa,

You can use our Data Download tool to obtain data from the database.  You can specify a time range, and there's complete information about each observation in the record so that you can pick out what type of data to plot (e.g. visual only, band-by-band, etc).

If you have any questions or special requirements, please message me privately.
