New VStar Release

VStar version 2.15.1 has just been released. If you have been using VStar already, the new version will be automatically downloaded next time you open it. If you have never used VStar before (or don't know what it is) then you can learn about it and download the latest version from this page:

There are also a lot of fantastic plugins available for VStar which you can get here:

The most-recent addition to the plugin library is a easy-to-use tool which you can use to compute the distance to a Cepheid based on the Period-Luminosity Relationship.

For a summary of changes and bug fixes included in this release, please see the Change Log.

If you have any questions about using VStar or suggestions for future releases, please visit the VStar Forum and join the conversation! There is also a new Data Analysis Forum starting up for those of you who would like to delve deeper into this area.

As always, the AAVSO and all VStar users would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to David Benn for all the hard work he has put into developing and improving such a useful tool.
