This is a burst with an optical counterpart.  Initial observations put it at
18, but it will
fade quickly.  Follow-ups are encouraged as soon as it comes into view.

RA(J2000) = 16h 56m 47.7s
Dec(J2000) = 55d 17' 42.3"
