Swift has just reported a burst with a bright afterglow (prompt V = 17.4)
The burst was at 12:50 UT.  Follow-ups are encouraged if you can get to it.

RA(J2000) = 18h 54m 58.19s
Dec(J2000) = 20d 39' 34.0"
