Swift has detected a burst with an optical counterpart detected by
ROTSE-III.

This is one for the southern hemisphere -- South America and Africa
have a shot right now:

Swift coordinates are

ROTSE coordinates of their candidate are:

RA: 21:54:40.1
Dec: -53:11:03.8

These are within a few arcsec of the Swift/UVOT coordinates
(Swift end figures: RA 40.2s ; Dec 05.0")

They reported at at 17.2 and brightening at 23:20:50 UT.
