SUBJECT: GRB 080212:  DSS/2MASS Galaxy at XRT position

E. Berger (Princeton) reports:

"Inspection of DSS and 2MASS images reveals an extended object coincident 
with the XRT position of GRB 080212 (trigger 303105).  The coordinates are 
(J2000):

 	RA = 15:24:35.19
 	DEC= -22:44:29.0

This indicates that the burst is likely at low redshift."
