it may still be 18th mag or so.  you might try an image of it if possible.

2008.07.19 9:45:00 UT at RA = 02h 02m 07s  Dec= +20d 07m 15s.

Preliminary photometry (CCD with IR-cut filter passing 390-690nm):

9:45:00-9:45:10 - 10.7
9:45:12-9:45:22 - 11.4
9:45:24-9:46:25 - 12.0
9:46:27-9:47:05 - 12.5
