A.J. van der Horst (NASA/MSFC/ORAU) reports on behalf of the
Fermi GBM team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 261106787 at
01:39:45.78 UT on 11 April 2009, tentatively classified as a
GRB, is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger is due to distant
particles precipitation."
