report on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:

“The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 271275771 (090806766)
at 18:22:50 UT on 06 August 2009, tentatively classified as a GRB,
is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger is due to local particles."
