A. Goldstein (UAH)  reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team: 

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 255541748 at 
15:49:06.79 UT on 05 February 2009, tentatively classified as a GRB, 
is too weak to reliably classify."
