reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 255729682 at
20:01:20.03 UT on 07 February 2009, tentatively classified as a GRB,
is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger is due to
SGR 1547-5408."
