Hello everyone,

As was just mentioned in GCNC 9664, Swift is currently
having some technical problems that preclude XRT and
UVOT data transfers.  While Swift-BAT will still be
finding bursts, it will apparently not be slewing.

For the time being, assume that all Swift-generated bursts
will not have UVOT follow-up.  If you can, please go
after them!
