[AAVSO-HEN] GRB 090313

Hi Everyone,

We haven't had much activitly lately, so it's about time for a followup.
GRB 090313 looks like an interesting one -- it remains around
Ic=17.7 more than 13 hours post burst, so it's still within range.
We already have one detection by Markku Nissinen with
GRAS4 in New Mexico.  More photometry is encouraged!

GROND Coordinates (J2000) are as follows:

RA: 13:13:36.21
Dec: +08:05:49.2
