[Aavso-photometry] 1835+25 still at V=15.6

Observers of VAR HER 04,

This object still has not brightened. I measured it to be 15.61 +/- 0.07 
with a V-filter (color correction transformation and air mass correction) 
at 05:23 UT, July 3, 2004. Last night it was at 15.68 +/- 04 (change is 
-0.07 +/- 0.08 mag).
