[Aavso-photometry] Var Her 04 UT July 5

I reported a rather dramatic decline in Var Her 04 after about JD 
3191.87.  I am retracting that claim, and have asked Aaron to pull my 
observations past that date.  Lew Cook suggested I take the rather 
elementary precaution of looking at the difference between two comparison 
stars to make sure there was consistency between images.  There is very 
good constancy prior to a meridian flip.  However, subtracting the 
photometry from the 15 and 15.6 comparison stars after the flip show the 
same dramatic decline in brightness.  The images look fine, the night was 
clear and still, I have no explanation for what happened.  However, I will 
do this basic quality control measure when using single comp stars in the 
future.

As the sign says on the way to the Twilight Zone - "Beware: Gremlins Ahead"...
