[Aavso-photometry] First Transformation Data

I have performed my first transformation (VR) on AH Her data.

If I understand the process for reporting error correctly, if I have an
instrumental v error of 0.003, and an instrumental r error of 0.004, and
my color term is V-R, then the error reported should be sqrt(verr+rerr),
or 0.084.  Is this a correct assessment?
