[Aavso-photometry] Var Her 04 period analysis - new run started at CBA Belgium Observatory

Dear colleagues,

I have just uploaded my unfiltered CCD observations of Var Her 04 to my web
site (www.cbabelgium.com). It concerns a total of 185 observations obtained
on Jun 24/25, 2004 over a time span of 0.11 d. Superhumps with an amplitude
of 0.10 mag are clearly visible as well as an eclipse-like dip (depth
approx. 0.07 mag). A preliminary period analysis using Peranso yields a
superhump period value of 0.057 +/- 0.009 d (PDM). The high uncertainty is
due to the short observing window.

Tonight (Jun 25/26), skies are clear again over Belgium, and another CCD
observing run is ongoing. Results will be communicated later on.
