[Aavso-photometry] Var Her 04 dimming?

It is completely cloudy as of 0430 30 June here in the Sacramento Valley. 
I'll get everything set up and check at about 0800 UT and see if it has 
cleared enough for unfiltered work.  A marine layer from the SF Bay is 
forecast to intrude in the early morning hours, so about the time this 
convection crud from the Sierra's clears, we may be socked in from the Bay.
