[Aavso-photometry] Decline in Brightness for Var Her 2004 in V Band

[Donn Starkey]

V band observations of Var Her 2004 from 02:10:16 to 05:51:04 UT on June 30
indicate a decline in brightness of 2.01 mag per day.  Also, the
differentiation in humps is becoming less defined. [The curve is getting
flatter]
