[Aavso-photometry] IL Aqr Sequence

Found the problem with the (V-R)err. There was one bad frame in there. 
I am doing another night on this so this will improve again but I had 
to clear my name. I'm getting the V-R err by adding the V and R errors 
in quadrature and you can see that the Verr is pretty much all of the 
uncertainty -- the Rerr doesn't add much.
