Here is my updated sequence after two nights. A few notes:
1. Astrometry is still against Tycho-2 and is not particularly great.
It looks like it is off by a few arc seconds. I have the UCAC2 disks
but I haven't loaded them yet.
2. The reported errors are the standard deviation of the two nights I
combined.
3. I have reasonable confidence in this within the stated errors. I
made some improvements in my pipeline so that it uses weighted
averages, which helps reduce the influence of bad frames. I also fixed
a fairly grievous bug.
