[Aavso-photometry] IL Aqr: Campaign Update 041020

No luck here in Florida, either.  Solid overcast before sunset - not even a 
bright spot where the moon would be.  The Clear Sky clock doesn't look good 
for much of the Midwest and East, though the south-central region might be 
clear.
