[Aavso-photometry] Sources of accuracy and precision in photometric measurements

Hello Mike

Thanks for quantifying the effects that everyone has been discussing in a 
qualitative manner.  One milli-mag photometry is rarely accomplished by amateurs, 
and some of the effects only show up at these levels. 

Its interesting that the CCD has gotten a good rap, and we all expect it to 
produce photometry results much better than most of us experience.  Its good to 
push the envelope.  I know I have beaten my brains out on flat fielding.  I 
am glad that folks like you have pushed the envelope on extraction of 
photometric information.
