[Aavso-photometry] New CV: SDSS J170213.26+322954.1 outburst

An eclipse of this system occurred with minimum at 20:07UT. The depth of the
eclipse was approximately 1.8 magnitudes. Outside eclipse the lightcurve appears
to be flat.
