[Aavso-photometry] Dome Flat Frames via LED's

This is an interesting article illustrating the use of LED's as light sources
for dome flats.  Several LED's are characterized in the paper for their
spectral output.  The size, construction  and material used in the reflective
screen is of particular interest.
