Vizier of course has it:
  http://vizier.cfa.harvard.edu/viz-bin/VizieR?-source=ucac2&-c.eq=J2000&-oc.form=sexa&-c.r=%2010&-c.u=arcmin&-c.geom=r&-out.max=50&-out.form=HTML%20Table&-out.add=_r&-out.add=_RAJ2000,_DEJ2000&-sort=_r

The USNO link is
  http://ad.usno.navy.mil/ucac/

There is also NOMAD (Naval Observatory Merged Astrometric Dataset)
which includes UCAC2 data:
  http://www.nofs.navy.mil/nomad/

It is queryable from
  http://www.nofs.navy.mil/data/fchpix/
and
  http://www.nofs.navy.mil/data/fchpix/vo_nofs.html

Note that XML output is available, which means you can use any parser
to select just the data you want.
