I noticed your reference to 7000' near San Francisco and am curious 
where that might be.  I live in Sutter Creek which is near Hwy 88.  Are 
you looking at a site anywhere near that?  Are you thinking of a special 
use permit/permanent site or access for something portable?

It is north and east of you by 100 miles, more or less.  I'm applying 
for a special use permit.  We'll see if it works out..
