[Aavso-photometry] Problem with AAVSO CCD Batch Upload Form

Dear all,

There seems to be a serious bug in today's version of the "CCD Batch Upload
Form". If you enter 9999+99 in the Name or Designation field, the software
for some reason assumes the corresponding object is "ASAS023322". I found no
way to get around this ...
