[Aavso-photometry] CCD/PEP Batch upload problem

I don't have the new AIP, but it seems to me you should definitely  
use a C2 even if it is not a star from the AAVSO chart. You'll just  
report the 1 comp star that you used as a comp star.

Alternatively, you could open the file in Excel or similar and  
reformat it to the generic format.

No sense tossing the data unless you have reason to believe it is  
suspect.

Congrats on getting a time series! You'll have a lot of fun with it.
