There are some preliminary indications that SS Cyg may be
going into outburst.  Since this is one of the primary targets
for Dr. Knigge, who needs to trigger a target-of-oportunity
observation with the VLA, could someone who has clear
skies let us know if SS Cyg is getting brighter?  It might
be best to cc: Matt Templeton on your reply
