[Aavso-photometry] AIP4WIN v2.1.10 WebObs Batch Upload Format

 We have received a report that AIP4WIN v2.1.10 does not work with the WebObs Batch Upload 
Tool, however 2.1.8 does work. If you are using x2.1.10 successfully with our Batch Upload 
Tool please let me know. Otherwise, please hold off upgrading until we have added the 
x2.1.10 format to WebObs. Our webmaster is currently on vacation this week but will return 
on Monday and work on adding the new format to WebObs next week.
