The positions for the two new variables were switched in the list above:
GSC 3973-1316/LSIII+5415 is actually the star at 22:07:18.15 +54:29:59.7
It's unfortunate that BZ UMa, MR UMa, and GW Lib all decided to go off
at the same time, not to mention the numerous bright classical novae
currently visible. These objects have unfortunately taken all my
telescope time over the past several days and I've not yet gotten to any
of the stars on this program.
