[Aavso-photometry] FITS and observation time

Actually the calculations are simple and easily handled with the 
reduction software I wrote. Or one can do it easily with pencil and 
paper. While I would love to see more flexibility with the Envisage 
software and the ability to see time to hundreds of a second, the 
software as it is is very robust and at no extra cost is an excellent 
bargain.
