[Aavso-photometry] Suspect Nova in Vul - Mag Guesstimate - second one

On the same basis as the previous reported 8.403
I am now showing 8.238 at
2007/08/09/09/48/49
It would appear to be continuing to brighten, at this
point yet.
on my last series now...
