[Aavso-photometry] V1060 Cyg in outburst

I have been following V1060 Cyg. I am new at variables, but confident 
that this CV is in outburst and have submitted my observations.

21 August, below 17 magnitude (not yet reported)
22 August, below 17 mag. (not yet reported)
2454339.679  16.08 +/- 0.54
2454341.644  15.24 +/- 0.33
2454342.641 14.75 +/- 0.17

(Forgive the precision given the errors.)
