[Aavso-photometry] AIP4Win Multiple Image Glitch

I usually use MaximDL 4.53 to do differential photometry on multiple  
images of the same target field.  But there are some attractive  
outputs from AIP4Winv2 that I would like to try, but cannot figure out  
how to get past the first step.  Under the Measure/Photometry/Multiple  
Images menu item, I always get a little popup error window saying  
"Centroid could not be found".  The same aperture settings seem to  
work fine for single star and single image, but something is amiss  
when I try to analyze multiple images.  Any ideas on what I might be  
doing wrong?
