Jeff,
What is the face plate called? I looked on the website of Scopestuff and
could not find anything that fits that description.

Several people have asked me questions about the DSI Pro.

If you purchase one, there are two versions the DSI (Color) and DSI
Pro (Monochrome). There are also two new ones the DSI II (Color) and
DSI II Pro (Monochrome). For photometry get the DSI Pro.

Do not get the filters unless you want to take color pictures. To use
the DSI Pro for photometry I suggest replacing the face plate with a
low profile one from ScopeStuff. This gets rid of the large holes
where the filter slide goes. At the same time you can get a dark
slide that makes taking darks easier. Look at the shutter item and
you can order both the low profile face plate and shutter for a
reduced price.

For BVRI photometry the ATIK filter wheel works well (also available
from ScopeStuff).
