All,

As most of you know, the recently discovered "exoplanet" XO-3b is currently
at the center of an interesting debate over the classification of this
object as either a planet or a brown dwarf. See f.i.
http://www.skyandtelescope.com/news/7847057.html

I have just published some of the XO-3b transit light curves, obtained at
CBA Belgium Observatory, at my web site www.cbabelgium.com. The XO-3b
discovery was announced end of May 2007 - my first XO-3b observations go
back as far as October 2006 : it took quite some time to study the object in
sufficient detail, before the professional XO astronomers were ready for the
discovery announcement. More information about the pro-am collaboration in
the XO consortium is available on my website as well.

Best regards,
Tonny
