This is similar to what Tim was doing.  If the star has a label
on the chart, you do not need to give its GSC/HD/etc. identification
in the comments section, since our database automatically takes
care of that.  Just report the label, and preferably in the "comparison
star" field.  If you are using a comparison star that is *not* marked
on a chart, then by all means identify it in the comments.
