[Aavso-photometry] Nov Oph

Fortunatly, the case-senitivity is no issue anymore. Its just a
simple toUpper() function call after the name input, so its much
easier to handle than different notations of the same name.
But blindly converting all names to upper case might not work
always either. See e.g.:
- r Her (16 01 14.318 +17 49 06.23) = * r Her and
- R Her (16 06 11.77 +18 22 11.3) = V* R Her

I had some issues when trying to plot charts with a FOV of 180'.
While I tried to track down at which FOV and LM it stops to work,
I observed the following behaviour:
- charts with a FOV smaller than ~168' always plotted,
- charts with a FOV in the range ~168'-172' sometimes plotted,
- charts with a FOV larger than 172' sometimes plotted.
- but 170' worked always.
So I guessed that it might be a dynamic issue with server load
and/or lack of resources and not a traceable systematic one.

Clear skies
 Wolfgang
