Exactly. When plotting from NOMAD the tool goes to the USNO servers in Arizona
and sometimes they time out. Often, just waiting a few minutes will fix it.
However, we have installed a local version of NOMAD and are in the midst of
modifying the VSP code to read it instead of the remote version. Early tests
suggest a dramatic speed input. That also means we may be able to open the
widest fov to more than 180'.
