[Aavso-photometry] ALERT 345: U GEM going into Outburst!

Hi Arne, Matthew and Christian,

Just finished 12 CCDV images of U GEM in twilight and it is on the rise.
It's currently sitting around Magnitude 13.3.  I'll try and get my CCD
measurements submitted to the AAVSO within the hour.  I hope we've
caught it early enough to trigger VLA-Merlin radio observations.
