[Aavso-photometry] Re GSC 3973-1124

 From SIMBAD:

GSC 3973-1124 is at 22 09 17.285 +54 37 26.60 
Spectral type:  A5  

B 10.39
V 10.01
J 9.208 [0.027]
H 9.047 [0.031]
K 9.027 [0.022]

The Hipparcos dbase codes the star as "V"  - strong suspicion of 
variability.  I guess they were right :-)

I'll have lots of data on this star and will send it when I re-reduce my 
fields.  The other option would be to get Elizabeth to provide a Harvard 
desingnation for this star too, since there already are for the other 
vars in the field, and we can submit all the data.  

I haven't had time to enter the HMXB and the other two vars into VSX 
yet.  I guess I should get to that.
